JUN 21, 2016: Hatha Flow Yoga (beginner－intermediate)
Get energised from a nice after-work Hatha Flow, a yoga sequence that enhances both strength and flexibility! This class is suitable for beginner to intermediate levels, and will be conducted mainly in English, with occasional Cantonese if needed.
– Yoga mats are available. Feel free to bring your own. You can also bring a towel (optional).
– Changing room and drinking water is available at the venue.
– Comfortable sports wear is recommended
– Eating heavy foods within 2 hours before class is not recommended.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Melissa is a dedicated yoga practitioner. She has practised yoga for 4 years, starting out in hatha, vinyasa and power styles, and then got attracted to the Ashtanga style since 2014.
-Teaching assistant of Clayton Horton for Mysore class at Pure Yoga
-200-hour Yoga Alliance certified training with Dylan Bernstein
-One-month programme with the lineage holder of Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga, R. Sharath Jois, at KPJAYI, India
She believes that the authenticity of yoga teaching comes from regular practice. She hopes to pass on the seed of yoga, which she’s so grateful to have received from all her teachers.
