Feeling all tight and tired after work? Doing yoga is a great way to relieve tensions in our body and mind. Be ready to get energised from a nice stretch and core work-out in a fun way! Regular yoga practice helps improve body strength, flexibility and mental clarity. This class is suitable for both beginners and regular practitioners, and will be conducted in both English and Cantonese.
