Vinyasa Flow Yoga is popular yoga practice that allows people to enhance their physical strength through focus on the linking of body movement with one’s breath. Technically speaking, Vinyasa Flow Yoga focus on a holistic exercise for extensibility, strength, flexibility, endurance and concentration. Thus it is more suitable to those experienced in Hatha Yoga with certain level of fitness.
